We've received your feedback and spent 1½ years designing and testing our new Rubber Tip to be more durable and robust.
We've increased the size of the tip for longer durability and stability and are confident that your Original Stick Chair will work for much longer on both indoor or hard surfaces.

Our padded seat is made of Neoprene (similar to a bicycle seat cover) and is designed to slip over each handle, while the cutout provides a slot on each side to provide a comfortable grip while holding or walking with the Original Stick Chair.
The Padded Seat adds roughly ¼” of cushioning between your bum and the handles, which we have heard made all the difference for some of customers.
Machine washable means you don’t have to worry if you are using your padded seat camping or to a concert, dirt and sweat will come right out.

I lead an extremely active recreational life: working, hunting dogs over rough terrain, following golf tournaments over manicured courses, visiting museums and historic places with priceless flooring. I travel all over the world. The ability to convert the stick chair from a grass spike to a rubber tip is ideal for my purposes. My STICK CHAIR got me through our German Christmas Markets Tour with no problems. At the time of our tour I was booked for an upcoming hip replacement, so I needed a bit of a reprieve now and then when walking. The STICK CHAIR was perfect, gave me that option of leaning back and taking the pressure off a creaky hip. I wouldn’t have been able to manage without the STICK CHAIR, as you can’t always find a seat when you need it most!

I just wanted to let you know that we received the two stick chairs that I ordered just two days ago ! I have to tell you if all companies responded as quickly and efficiently as yours the world would be a better place. Also, I wish to thank you for the two extra rubber feet. When I saw them, I thought at first that it was a mistake but then I found your note and I must say I am truly impressed – not something that happens so easily. I should tell you now that our company specializes in Customer Service/Quality of Service and we are seen to be leaders in our field. My husband isn’t home yet to try out his stick chair but mine works just fine for my height and I’m sure his will work well also. He’s 6’ 2 1/2” so I am hopeful !
