Shipping
The customer is responsible for all shipping and associated costs for a return or exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
Any Duty or Customs charges incurred from a return or exchange are the responsibility of the Customer and will be deducted from Returns.
Please clearly mark your return or exchange as – RETURN/REPAIR/WARRANTY on Customs Forms and Documentation when mailing your return or exchange. This will avoid any unnecessary charges and deductions from your order.

We have no control over the shipping times for refunds or exchanges, please take delivery times into consideration when submitting a return or exchange. We also strongly recommend insuring and tracking your return or exchange as we can not guarantee receipt of your package, and we will not assess damage that may have been received in shipping.
Exchanges
We are proud to offer a 30 day exchange program should you wish to exchange your Stick Chair purchase for a different model (Petite or Standard). Our Exchange program uses the same limitations as our return policy. The Stick Chair must be in “new” condition, with no obvious damage, and be in the original packaging.
If you are approved, then your exchange model will be shipped within 5 business days, so long as mailing costs have already paid.
Returns
We are proud to offer a 30 day return policy that lasts 30 days from date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted outside of this window.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (“Like New”). We highly recommend trying the Stick Chair indoors to avoid damaging the product. Damage, or missing parts and accessories, will result in no refund being issued.
To complete your return, mail the Stick Chair with a copy of your receipt / proof of purchase inside, to the address above.
Once your return or exchange is inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via original method of payment, within 5 business days.
